Glad you, Kathleen and all the animals made it through that one. We lost shingles from the back part of our roof and State Farm would only pay us for replacing half of the roof. We had to work out a way to pay for a whole roof. I hope that there are no more bad hurricanes to come in our future but only time will tell.
We also were without power (for 9 days) and our area was also among the last to get it back.

I think everyone has a bit of pride in being able to get through that tough time. We sure have a lot fewer trees as a result, but since they caused most of the damage that’s probably a good thing!
